Chris Craft Runabout
Refinish and plank repair of a 1951 Chris Craft runabout, circa 2011 at Clarion Boats. This involved removal of the existing varnish finish, repair of rotten plank corners, replacement of plugs, caulking the deck seams, staining the deck planks to original Chris Craft specs and then finally "laying the honey down" - in this case, 15-20 coats of Epifanes varnish.
